Wang Youming, Director General of Invest Shenzhen, Led a Delegation to Beijing to Visit Member Companies of Beijing GEM Association

  On July 25-27, Wang Youming, Director General of Invest Shenzhen, led a delegation to Beijing to visit member companies of the Beijing Growth Enterprises Market Board Association of Board Chairmen (“Beijing GEM Association of Board Chairmen”). In particular, they visited the Secretariat of the Beijing GEM Association of Board Chairmen, Leyard Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. (“Leyard”), Beijing OriginWater Technology Co., Ltd. (“OriginWater”), and Kyland Technology Co., Ltd. (“Kyland”). After the visit, Invest Shenzhen further consolidated the results of the previous cooperation to actively promote the settlement of Leyard and OriginWater in Shenzhen, and negotiated with Kyland to set up a research and development center. The group strived to attract quality projects to Shenzhen through establishing deep connections with target companies.

  Founded in 2010, the Beijing GEM Association of Board Chairmen has 32 member companies covering energy conservation, environmental protection, internet, big data, information security, biomedicine, etc., and many of them are high-tech enterprises registered in Beijing’s Zhongguancun and listed on the GEM, with a total market value of more than RMB 500 billion. On the morning of September 29, 2017, the Shenzhen Municipal Government and the Beijing GEM Association of Board Chairmen held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement. Wang Weizhong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Guangdong Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, and Chen Rugui, the Mayor of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, met with Wen Jianping and Li Jun, the Presidents of the Beijing GEM Association of Board Chairmen, and jointly witnessed the signing ceremony.
